It’s all about identifying existing potentials and about using them purposefully and target-orientet. This is what matters! To do this he orientates himself in his consultations to the requirements of the businesses and the practice.
He is an expert in organisational development, agile transformation, strategic talent management, managerial leadership development and coaching. He also provides support for the implementation of strategies. Gerd Loeffler has been working in consultancy and coaching on a national and international level for more than 15 years and he is self-employed since 10 years.
His achievements have been awarded three times with the international German Training prize (BDTV), most recently in October 2014.
His vast experience is incorporated in his book "Strategic Talent management" (published in May 2017).
Internationally, Gerd Löffler possesses extensive experience world wide also in emerging markets. His working groups are often made up of members from all over the world and of most varied sectors and branches.
Target groups are therefore often managers and experts together with their teams. He personally carries out consultancy sessions on site in the respective country and region and also locally at German company headquarters.
Within the unfamiliar, he also sees enrichment. The identification of the German business culture is also shaped by this.
Delivering and fulfilling international contracts always requires a careful and intensive preparation phase because they are often linked to complex strategic and change implementations of the organisation. In cooperation with the clients, Gerd Löffler develops goals and the design for interventions and actions. Relevant topics include: reinforcement and realignment of leadership competences and skills, area and team development, change and conflict management. Individual coaching sessions also take place.

International German Training Award 2014/15
Gerd Loeffler received the "International German Training Prize 2014/15" (awarded through BDVT) for an organisational development project that improves the efficiency and reorganises the Robert Bosch GmbH in the business area: Power Tools.
